Cybex 620a Arc Trainer For Sale
Club members and owners have given the Cybex Arc Trainer rave reviews. The Arc Trainer packs a punch by combining elements of a climber, cross-trainer and cross-country skier. Like all Cybex fitness equipment, the Arc Trainer is designed to put the least amount of stress on joints while maintaining the highest level of performance. Add it all up and the Arc Trainer offers an effective workout that’s sure to satisfy your clients.
Cross-training works various parts of the body by combining different exercises in a variety of ways. The Cybex Arc Trainer is like combining 3 machines in one, with broad incline and resistance ranges. At the lower incline levels, the “glide” is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a “stride” (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). At the high levels, the “climb” of a stepper or climber. This one machine trains for strength, power, endurance, cardio, and weight loss.
Our refurbished Cybex Arc Trainer is like new but priced under market value. We specialize in top-quality refurbished exercise equipment sold at deep discounts for fantastic savings.
MOST POPULAR COMMERCIAL LOWER BODY CROSS TRAINER
The Cybex Arc Trainer is a commercial high end cross trainer for the user who wants to concentrate on lower body training only. Popular with coaches and trainers, the Lower Body Arc is often chosen because it gives added workout flexibility (i.e. a strength coach found players could lean forward and “drive back” with their legs unhindered by the arm movement). The Lower Body Arc Trainer has all of the features of the Total Body Arc Trainer without the Arm motion.
This used Arc Trainer was developed with the “correct arc of motion”, a user-friendly path that reaches new heights in biomechanics. It delivers a safe, effective workout based on body basics, not fitness fads.
The CYBEX Arc Trainer – winner of the “Product of the Year” award two years in a row – is biomechanically suited to the human body – allowing the user to get better results in less time.
THE ONLY TRUE CROSS-TRAINER
Cross-training in fitness refers to working various parts of the body by combining different exercises in a variety of ways. Typically one activity or sport trains certain parts of the body but not others. Cross-training aims to eliminate this. With the CYBEX Arc Trainer, broad incline and resistance ranges mean that users are really getting 3-4 machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the “glide” is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a “stride” (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). At the high levels, the “climb” of a stepper or climber. One machine …the CYBEX Arc Trainer… trains for strength, power, endurance, cardio, and weight loss.
BURN WITHOUT BURNOUT
After an Arc Trainer workout, the burn is just where is should be – on the muscles, not on the joints. And with correct load application, workouts burn calories and strengthen muscles without putting strain on the joints. This means less perceived exertion and the least stressful workout of any cardio trainer on the market. It’s OK for workouts to be tough, but not on joints.
WORK OUT YOUR WAY
The CYBEX Arc Trainer combines elements of a climber, hiker, and skier to produce an unmatched number of workout combinations. By varying resistances and inclines, the same area can be targeted in different ways, to build muscle, burn calories … or both. For users stepping onto a cross trainer for the first time, or professional athletes who demand a high intensity workout, the unparalleled versatility of the CYBEX Arc Trainer is a workout designed to achieve each user’s personalized fitness goals.

Reverse Arc Motion
This is what makes an Arc an Arc. The unique Reverse Arc motion – a patented advanced stride technology – never places the user’s toe behind the knee (when the toe moves behind the knee significantly more stress is applied to the knee joint). The Reverse Arc motion moves legs in a biomechanically correct pathway – reducing stress at the knee while offering a complete range of motion for both the knee and hip.
Using both resistance and incline makes the Arc Trainer unique in its ability to emphasize specific muscle groups. The quadriceps are targeted in the highest incline position and gluteus is emphasized as the primary muscle group in the lowest incline position.
Glide, Stride, and Climb Zones
The Arc Trainer offers three exercise zones for the ultimate in variety: Low position is for the “Glide”; Medium position called the “Stride” and High position for the “Climb”.
15 Watt minimum resistance provides self-powered operation for virtually any level of user.
Simple and intuitive to use, the Arc Trainer programs have a convenient split level display, HR monitoring, and an exceptional range of choices to satisfy even the most diverse training needs.
